We are proud to offer a 15-year warranty on our FluteSlat™ wall panels.

What Is Covered

• Defects in the WPC surface such as cracking or peeling, that occur under normal use and environmental conditions
• Structural integrity (e.g., warping or splitting due to manufacturing faults)

Conditions for Warranty

To qualify for the warranty:

• The product must be properly installed by a qualified professional or competent DIYer, following our official installation guidelines.
• Normal Use: The Product must be used for its intended purpose. It must be installed indoors and not exposed to various weather conditions
• Maintenance: The product must be maintained in a diligent manner, when cleaning avoid the use or harsh or abrasive chemicals and materials.

What Is Not Covered

• Improper installation or use of unsuitable adhesives/fixings
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., light scratches)
• Damage from misuse, neglect, impact, water, fire, or environmental extremes. Exposure to environmental factors beyond conditions
• Alterations to the product (e.g., cutting, refinishing or sanding)
• Improper storage before installation (e.g., damp exposure or stacking damage)
• Costs related to removal, reinstallation, or transportation for warranty claims

How are they fitted?

Installing FluteSlat™ wall panels is simple, even for novice DIYers. Start by ensuring the wall surface is clean, dry, and dust-free, then measure your installation area. If needed, cut panels to size using a suitable saw. Apply a high-quality adhesive like “No More Nails” or “CT1” evenly on the back of each panel and press it firmly onto the wall. Use our unique profile system to secure the panels at the edges. Repeat the process for additional panels, ensuring each one fits snugly. If using LED profiles, follow the manufacturer’s instructions for proper alignment and secure fitting.

Are they fire & waterproof?

They are fire, water, and moisture resistant with a B1 fire rating. They aren’t suitable to be fitted into shower cubicles directly but are fine to be installed in bathrooms, kitchens and any other areas

What delivery do you offer?

1-3 day free delivery is offered from one of our reputable shipping partners on all FluteSlat™ wall panels to all UK mainland addresses. Charges may apply for orders not including FluteSlat™.

Some orders may be delivered on wooden pallets due to the size or weight of the goods. Disposal of pallets is the responsibility of the customer.
